Jiří holds the title of Czech Chef of the Year and the award of the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants, Restaurateur of the Year 2018.

He has extensive experience abroad, having cooked in France, Germany, Switzerland, Scotland, Norway, Italy, the USA, Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates.

He has organised banquets for important heads of state, including the Queen of England.

For 12 years he was a member and captain of the Czech National Team of Chefs and Confectioners.

For 10 years he worked at the Municipal House as a chef in the French and Pilsner restaurants.

At the same time, he worked for 6 years at Prague Castle as the Head of Cuisine for the President of the Czech Republic.

For the past 9 years, he has been Chef de Cuisine at Aureole Fusion Restaurant and Lounge and Erbia Congress Centre, where he has been awarded the prestigious Michelin Bib Gourmand award 6 times, and has been regularly featured in the international Michelin Guide.

He is Vice-President for Cuisine at the Czech Association of Hotels and Restaurants.
